Leaving on a jet plane

On the evening of December 28, 2010 Timothy Vern Gomm meet with the Boise East Stake President and was set apart as a Missionary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He put on his name tag and was now ready to embark on his journey as a servant of our Lord Jesus Christ. December 29, Timothy was leaving from the Boise Idaho airport were he would meet up with other missionaries in Salt Lake City and Dallas before flying to Buenos Aires Argentina. He left Boise at 9am and arrived in Buenos Aires at 9am on the 30th of December.  We recieved our first missionary email saying "I have made it here to Buenos Aires safely. Its very confusing so far. It is a huge submerge in a different culture. But I will be strong and bring honor to you. It was a very long flight, but its worth it. The weather here feels just like Florida... SO HUMID!!! haha! I'm ok! Well, time to go! I love you so much!

Love,
Elder Gomm
