Well, the temple was really great, I was able to do a session in Spanish it was hard! But I was able to make it! The best part was in the celestial room! I love just sitting there and thinking, it was much needed!
So the flight was only 20 minutes, it when by was fast. The next day I meet my trainer. He is such a great guy, his name is Elder Ferrin from Arizona. He has just alittle bit over a year and he speaks perfect spanish! So this week has but really rough, I am just hearing Spanish left and right.. its hard sometimes to understand. (And this key board is losing its letters, so its kind of hard to write!) I'm trying my best, but Satan has just been left and right, trying to get me every which way possible.... but my companion has given me very good advice and has been helping me alot through this hard time. We have our own house and there is just the two of us! We are in Tacuarembò, in Barrio Lopez. The other missionaries in the mission say this is the best place to be, so I'm content. It's amazing how much we walk... I'm definitely losing weight! So we have alot of baptism dates, 7 I think, but the problem is that they don't want to go to church. We'll have to do something about that. It's just been a crazy week, getting to Uruguay, learning the roads and the language,TODOS(All of it). Hopefully it will be better next week.
My companion and I teach this music class to the youth of our ward. It is so much fun, they tease me because I can't speak very well.. I'll show them! haha! They are a wonderful bunch of kids. This Sunday was Fast and Testimonio meeting, it was very awesome! Everyone just wanted to share their testimonio and yeah they all said the same thing, but it was a very great meeting!
We only eat breakfast and lunch here, because lunch is the main meal. We get so much food for lunch and it is really good, it's not like food in the USA. It's simple and good, like noodles and sauce and Big chicken nuggets, and MEAT! haha! It's all so good! I have pictures you need to send them to people please.
